Morazán was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras in the October 3rd, 1792.
He was a self educated man and at the age of 35 he took he step to power. He
lead the Liberty party in a revolt against their original leader Manuel José
Arce. After two years of a brutal civil war the Liberty Party had one and
Morazán was elected president in the next election. But in 1842 the power
got to his head and he tried to resurrect the confederation and the
Conservatives did not support him. He was betrayed and executed by a firing
squad.

Alfredo Gonzales
Flores was born on July 15, 1877 in Heredia, Costa Rica. He received his law
certificate to become a lawyer in 1903 at the age of 26. Alfredo Gonzalez Flores was elected in 1877 for his
impressive proposed reforms. He was elected in and he was overthrown by
General Federico Tinoco Granados. Tinoco led the revolt and after
conquering, Tinoco set up a military dictatorship.

Federico Alberto de Jesús Tinoco Granados
was born in San Jose. He was appointed the Minister of War in while the
president before him was still in office. He seized power in January 12,
1917 in a Coup d'état which is defined as a sudden and decisive action
in politics, esp. one resulting in a change of government illegally or by
force. The force that usually taken over is the military. President Woodrow
Wilson supported the move but it failed to get recognition from the United
States. |
